As a Level Seven Manager we are encouraged to treat and develop our people to become what they are capable of becoming. To help them grow. When we invest and believe in them, we will see an increase in performance and results.
Begin by asking people their goals. These goals could be personal or professional. Tangible or intangible. Once the goal is set then commit to support them and ask permission to hold them accountable for the actions and behaviors necessary in achieving them.
