The problem for most folks is they don't see or know what or where the finish line is. They are just "running".
Begin with a long term objective. Perhaps 3 years out. ex. Increase personal income 300%.
Break it down to annual and even monthly goals.
Determine weekly or even daily goals AND the activities that must happen in order to hit the goal.
Now apply daily or even hourly discipline to ensure that the small goals or "races" get completed everyday. Remember you only need the discipline for the hour or the day.
