Remember the movie Groundhog Day with Bill Murray? If you didn't see the movie, Phil, the character Murray played, lived the same day over and over. He would wake up at 6 am everyday and the course of events that took place around him was identical to the day before. The only difference was him. The outcomes of the day changed as a result of a change in his behaviors. Over time, his attitude changed and once that happened, he was freed from the monotonous routine.

Our businesses and life can often be the same. We do the same things over and over. Reliving the same frustrations and challenges every day. Our lives feel like we are living our own groundhog day.

The key to getting out is changing our behavior and associated attitudes.

Next Tuesday, October 19th, I am conducting a brief one hour teleconference where I will share what I believe to be the critical behaviors and associated attitudes necessary to break a business (and life) out of its rut and become all that it is capable of becoming.

Please join me.
