On the Level Seven Principle of Threading Culture …
Here is a new way of looking at your responsibility as the leader of your organization as it relates to building a culture with intention.
Your company culture is like a camp fire. It all begins when you light the match. Then you get the kindling burning until it is hot enough to get the logs bringing.
But you must be attentive and diligent. If you take your attention off it even for a moment the flames can go out quickly.
But once the fire gets going you just need to stoke it, add a log from time to time to keep it burning.
True implementation of your self-sustaining culture happens when other people get involved and help keep the fire burning even if your aren’t there.
